Who owns Keeway? Qianjiang Motorcycle's stake and the ownership chain

Facts checked Chinese holding 100%

Keeway is Chinese-owned. It is a Qianjiang Motorcycle brand, sold alongside Benelli and QJMotor and used mainly for small-capacity bikes and scooters in Europe and Latin America. Qianjiang already owned Keeway when it bought Benelli in 2005.

Keeway is described by trade press as a division of the Qianjiang group, which also owns Benelli. We did not find a dated record of the acquisition; Keeway's own site describes a Keeway Group formed in 2022 holding Benelli, Morbidelli, EZI Electric and Benda.
