Xiaomi EV is the car marque of Xiaomi Corporation, the Beijing consumer-electronics company. Xiaomi announced on 30 March 2021 that it would build cars, committing RMB 10 billion at the outset and about US$10 billion over ten years, with founder Lei Jun as chief executive of the unit. Xiaomi Automobile Co., Ltd. was established on 1 September 2021 and a plant was agreed in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone that November, designed for 300,000 vehicles a year across two phases.

The first car, the SU7 saloon, was shown on 28 December 2023 and formally launched on 28 March 2024 — under three years from the announcement. The YU7 SUV was revealed on 22 May 2025.

Deliveries reached 411,837 vehicles in 2025 on China Passenger Car Association figures, taking the cumulative total since launch to 551,308 by the end of that year. Xiaomi's 2025 annual results reported about RMB 106.1 billion of revenue from the smart electric vehicle and related businesses.

Every Xiaomi car sold so far has been sold in mainland China. On 3 September 2026 the company signed memoranda of understanding with eight German dealer groups at IFA Berlin and said European sales would begin in 2027, drawing on a research centre it runs in Munich.
