Yutong is the bus and coach brand of Zhengzhou Yutong Bus, and by volume the most widely built bus marque in the world. Its range runs from minibuses to 18-metre articulated city buses, with intercity coaches, tour coaches, school buses and airport and specialist vehicles alongside them.
Electric buses are the brand's international calling card. Yutong says it has sold more than 210,000 new-energy buses in total, and battery-electric models are roughly a third of its volume. Large fleets have gone to Chile and Colombia in Latin America, Pakistan and Central Asia, and European operators in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark and the United Kingdom; 888 of the buses supplied for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar were battery electric, and 148 electric buses served the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The brand delivered 49,518 vehicles in 2025, up 5.54%, and says it has exported close to 130,000 buses to more than 100 countries and regions. It is not sold in the United States.

- Is Yutong state-owned?
- No. Zhengzhou's state assets bureau sold most of the Yutong Group in 2001 to a management team led by Tang Yuxiang, and the bus maker has been privately controlled since, while remaining listed in Shanghai.
- Where are Yutong buses used?
- In China and, by the company's account, more than 100 other countries and regions, with big fleets in Latin America, Central and South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and parts of Europe.
- Are Yutong buses electric?
