No. Zhengzhou's state assets bureau sold most of the Yutong Group in 2001 to a management team led by Tang Yuxiang, and the bus maker has been privately controlled since, while remaining listed in Shanghai.

In China and, by the company's account, more than 100 other countries and regions, with big fleets in Latin America, Central and South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and parts of Europe.
Are Yutong buses electric?
Many are. Yutong says it has sold more than 210,000 new-energy buses, and battery-electric models are about a third of its sales.
Are Yutong buses sold in the United States?
