Joint venture GAC Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Co., Ltd., started in 2010 as GAC Fiat and later GAC FCA. It filed for bankruptcy at the end of October 2022, ending Jeep production in China. The stake field records GAC's former share of the joint venture, not a holding in Stellantis.

Other recorded holdings in Stellantis N.V.
Holdings that are not control, kept out of the chain above so that nothing on this page reads as ownership when it is not. A joint venture is a company two parents built together: its percentage is a share of the venture, not a holding in the partner. The same pair can appear twice with different kinds, and both rows are real.
| Holder | What it is | Share | Since | What the source says |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dongfeng Motor Group | runs a joint venture with | 50% of the joint venture | 1992 | Joint venture Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile Co., Ltd. (DPCA, 神龙汽车), a 50/50 company formed with PSA in 1992 and continued with Stellantis after the 2021 merger. In May 2026 the two partners announced that Peugeot- and Jeep-branded electric vehicles would be built at the Wuhan plant from 2027. The stake field records Dongfeng's share of the joint venture, not a holding in Stellantis. |
What Stellantis N.V. holds
Every current holding recorded from Stellantis N.V. downward: outright ownership, minority stakes, joint ventures and licences, each with the stake as the source states it and the date it began. A joint venture's percentage is a share of that venture, not of the partner.
| Holding | What it is | Share | Since | What the source says |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leapmotor | holds a stake in | 21% | October 2023 | Stellantis paid about €1.5bn in October 2023 to become Leapmotor's largest single shareholder, and its own release of 8 May 2026 still describes the holding as approximately 21%. A FAW investment arm bought about 5% of Leapmotor on 29 December 2025, which secondary reporting says diluted Stellantis to about 19%. Both figures are given because the primary and secondary sources disagree; Stellantis does not control Leapmotor either way. |
| Leapmotor International B.V. | runs a joint venture with | 51% of the joint venture | October 2023 | Leapmotor International was created alongside the October 2023 investment and holds the exclusive rights to sell and manufacture Leapmotor products outside Greater China. Stellantis holds 51% and consolidates it; operations began in Europe in September 2024. |
