Zeekr 7X: range, price, specs and where it is sold
Facts checked
The Zeekr 7X is a five-seat battery-electric SUV built on Geely's SEA architecture with an 800 V electrical system. It was shown at the Chengdu Auto Show in August 2024, entered production on 17 September 2024, and became Zeekr's main export model the following year. Unlike several Chinese cars that change identity abroad, the 7X carries the same name in every market it is sold in.
Export cars use three trims. The Core rear-drive car pairs a 75 kWh battery with a 310 kW motor for 480 km WLTP; Long Range adds a 100 kWh pack for 615 km WLTP; the dual-motor Privilege or Performance car makes 475 kW and is rated 543 km WLTP. Chinese cars are quoted on the CLTC cycle instead — 620 km, 802 km and 715 km for the 2026 model year — and the Chinese all-wheel-drive car was raised to 585 kW. Zeekr's European and Australian sites give the car as 4,787 mm long on a 2,900 mm wheelbase; Chinese specification sheets list 4,825 mm and 2,925 mm.
Australia is the 7X's largest right-hand-drive market and the car is sold from AUD 57,900 before on-road costs. It also sells in the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. Euro NCAP awarded five stars in 2025 with 91% adult occupant protection; ANCAP separately awarded five stars in 2025 with the same adult occupant score. The 7X is not sold in the United States.
