The Bingo is the car SGMW built to move buyers up from the Hongguang Mini EV: a four-door electric hatchback, 3,950 mm long on a 2,560 mm wheelbase, in production since 2023. It is sold in China as the 五菱缤果 and abroad as the BinguoEV, the Binguo or the Bingo, depending on the market.
Three lithium iron phosphate packs are published — 17.3 kWh for 203 km CLTC, 31.9 kWh for 333 km and 37.9 kWh for 410 km — with motors of 30 kW or 50 kW and a 100 km/h top speed. SGMW's own site lists the 2025 Bingo at CNY 56,800-84,800, with a Bingo Pro from CNY 56,800, a sportier Bingo S from CNY 66,800 and a five-seat Bingo PLUS from CNY 75,800.
Assembly runs at Liuzhou in Guangxi for China, at Cikarang in West Java for Indonesia, at Laem Chabang in Thailand and at Segambut in Malaysia. Pakistan sells it as the MG Binguo EV, and Wikipedia records a Brazilian launch planned for 2026. It is not offered in Britain, Australia or the United States.
