The Arrizo 8 is Chery's large saloon, 4,780 mm long on a 2,790 mm wheelbase and built on the M1X platform. It is sold with a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine of 145 kW or a 2.0-litre turbo of 186 kW, both through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
Chery also sells plug-in hybrid versions in China under its Fulwin sub-brand as the Fulwin A8 and the long-wheelbase A8L. Those combine a 1.5-litre turbo engine with a 150 kW motor and an 18.67 kWh battery for a claimed 106 km of electric-only running on the CLTC cycle.
The Arrizo 8 is largely a domestic and Middle Eastern car: it is sold in Russia as the Tenet A8 and in Mexico under the Chery badge, but it does not appear in Chery's British or Australian ranges. Chery's China site listed it from 99,900 yuan on 4 September 2026.
