Listing: Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 September 2025, stock code 9973, at HK$30.75 a share. Chery Holding Group Co., Ltd. is not itself listed.
Karry is the Chery group's light commercial vehicle brand, set up in 2009 to sell vans, light trucks and small people carriers rather than cars.
The current range is built around electric delivery vans — the Dolphin and the Porpoise E5, E6 and E7 — and the Lingmi light truck. The passenger minivans and pickups the brand once sold have been dropped, and reporting says the last combustion models went in 2024.
Karry sells almost entirely in China. It is the one Chery marque that did not move into the listed company: after Chery Automobile's Hong Kong listing in September 2025 it is reported to sit under Chery Holding Group with no capital link to the listed carmaker.
Held by Chery Holding Group through Chery Commercial Vehicle (Anhui) Co., Ltd. After Chery Automobile's 2025 listing, Karry is reported to sit outside the listed company.
All combustion models were reported discontinued during 2024, leaving an electric-only range.
