Listing: Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 September 2025, stock code 9973, at HK$30.75 a share. Chery Holding Group Co., Ltd. is not itself listed.
iCar is Chery's electric-only marque, set up in April 2023 and selling its first car, the boxy V23, in February 2024. The styling is deliberately retro and square-cut, which is what the brand is known for.
The line-up is the V23 battery-electric small SUV and the range-extender V25 and V27. Outside China the marque is spelled iCAUR, a change made in April 2025 for trademark reasons, and the export model is the iCaur 03.
iCar sold 96,989 vehicles in calendar 2025. Sales are concentrated in China; the export programme under the iCAUR name is newer and country-by-country availability was not established here.

Who owns iCar?
Wuhu municipal government (Wuhu SASAC) holds a stake in Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. at 21.17% since January 2025.
The Wuhu city government holds its Chery shares through Wuhu Investment Holding Co., Ltd., which is 95.59% owned by the city's state-asset commission. It became a direct holder of 21.17% of Chery Automobile in January 2025 and was diluted by the September 2025 share issue; the largest holder is shown at about 19.9% in later data. Chery told the Hong Kong exchange that no single party is able to control the company.
Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. controls iCar since April 2023.
iCar Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chery subsidiary set up in April 2023. The exact holding was not established here; the brand is exported as iCAUR.
