Geometry was created by Geely in April 2019 as an affordable all-electric brand, launching at the Beijing motor show with the Geometry A, a compact saloon derived from the Emgrand line. A compact SUV, the Geometry C, followed in 2020.
The brand never established itself as separate from its parent. In March 2023 it was reconsolidated into Geely Auto as an entry-level electric series rather than a company of its own. In September 2024 Geely Holding issued its Taizhou Declaration, setting out that each brand's positioning would be clarified to cut internal overlap and duplicated investment; the following month Geely Auto announced that Geometry would be incorporated into the Geely Galaxy brand and dealer network, with the models continuing as the Geome small-car series.
The brand is treated here as dormant: the name survives as a product series inside Galaxy, but Geometry is no longer marketed as a marque in its own right.
No longer an independent brand: absorbed into Geely Galaxy in October 2024 as the Geome small-car series.
Folded into Geely Galaxy in October 2024 as the Geome small-car series; models continue but the standalone brand does not.
