Farizon, formally Zhejiang Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, is Geely Holding's commercial vehicle business. It was founded in 2016 and started with an electric light commercial vehicle and a city bus, and it now covers vans, trucks and buses.
Unlike the group's car brands, Farizon has raised outside money: more than US$300 million in a pre-A round in October 2022 led by GLP's investment arm, and US$600 million in a Series A in July 2023 led by Boyu Capital and Yuexiu Industrial Fund. Geely Holding still presents it as one of its own brands.
Farizon sold 162,019 vehicles in 2025, making it the group's third-largest brand by volume after the Geely and Volvo passenger car businesses.

Li Shufu owns Geely Holding at 82.23% since 1986.
Li Shufu founded Geely Holding in 1986 and owns 82.233% of it directly; his son Li Xingxing holds 8.0583% and Ningbo Yima Enterprise Management Partnership 9.7087%, which Polestar's 2025 annual report summarises as Li Shufu owning about 91.9% directly or indirectly.
