KTM AG

KTM AG: what it holds, with stakes and dates

Facts checked Chinese holding 2%

KTM is Austrian and now Indian-controlled, with a small Chinese shareholder. Bajaj Auto of India completed its purchase of the controlling holding in November 2025 for about EUR 800m and indirectly controls roughly 74.94% of the listed parent, renamed Bajaj Mobility AG. China's CFMoto has held about 2% of that parent since 6 July 2023 and builds KTM's LC8c-powered 790 Duke and 790 Adventure at a joint venture in Hangzhou, so some KTMs are Chinese-built.
