AITO AITO M7: range, price, specs and where it is sold

Facts checked

The AITO M7 is a large SUV sold under the AITO badge, which belongs to Huawei's Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance. The cars are designed, engineered and built by Seres Group in Chongqing; Huawei does not build them and does not own the brand — it sold the AITO trademark to Seres in 2024. What Huawei supplies is the HarmonyOS cockpit software, the ADS driver-assistance system, DriveONE electric drive units, and the retail network, since the cars are sold in Huawei's own stores.

The first generation went on sale in July 2022 as an extended-range car only. A completely new second generation followed on 23 September 2025 from RMB 279,800; it is 5,080 mm long on a 3,030 mm wheelbase and is offered as both an extended-range and a battery-electric car. Pre-orders passed 100,000 within an hour of opening on 5 September 2025.

AITO's own figures for the current car are 710 km CLTC for the rear-drive battery-electric version with its 100 kWh pack, and 327 km of electric-only CLTC range with 1,690 km combined for the extended-range version. The top four-wheel-drive version is quoted at 526 hp, about 392 kW, and AITO publishes a 5.1-second 0–100 km/h time and a 34.5 m stop from 100 km/h.
