Haojue is the brand of Jiangmen Dachangjiang Group, founded in February 1992 in Jiangmen, Guangdong. It is the volume leader of the Chinese petrol motorcycle market and the company states it has been first in national sales for 23 consecutive years.

The business is built around a long partnership with Suzuki. Dachangjiang describes itself as Suzuki's largest motorcycle partner in China, most of its models carry both badges, and the two run a joint venture in Changzhou, set up in 2006, in which Suzuki holds 40%. Research and development ventures with Suzuki date from 2002 and 2007.

Capacity is about 800,000 engines and 800,000 complete machines a year, supported by a network of roughly 400 supplier factories. The range is mostly commuter motorcycles, underbones and scooters, with a growing line of larger machines and police models, exported to more than 70 countries.
